TROUTDALE, Ore. – Police are investigating a shooting at Reynolds High School.

The first call was made around 8:05 a.m.

KATU photojournalist Mike Warner reported seeing a LifeFlight helicopter at the school and a large number of police officers were surrounding the building with guns drawn.

A SWAT team arrived at the school just before 9 a.m.

Large groups of students were ushered out of the school with their hands behind their heads.

The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office reports a suspect with a gun was killed. They have not said whether the person was shot or if it was a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

UPDATE 6/10 @ 9:48a: Troutdale police confirm one student and the shooter were killed in the shooting.

UPDATE 6/10 @ 4:11p: The shooting victim has been identified by police as 14-year-old freshman Emilio Hoffman.
