At 11:11 a.m., Friday morning, deputies responded to an injury crash on Tonquin Road. When deputies arrived, EMS was already on scene. They told deputies the driver 49-year-old Gail Feldman of Wilsonville did not have life threatening injuries. EMS also said she was acting abnormally. Feldman was transported to OHSU by ambulance.
