A storm moved into the Northwest Saturday morning.  It brought winds gusting to 50 miles an hour on the Northern Oregon Coast.  In the Portland/Vancouver area wind gusts reached 30 miles an hour.

More than half an inch of rain is expected and there were some reports of street flooding due to clogged storm drains.

Snow is forecast in the Cascades with at least a foot at ski resorts and some snow at pass level on Mt. Hood.

Rain turns to showers Saturday night and most of the week looks wet.
