Dogs of all sizes, ages and breeds are invited to put their best paw forward for the 2018 Portland Rose Festival Grand Marshal and Canine Court. Five dogs will be honored as the official Canine Court, including one lucky dog being crowned Canine Grand Marshal for the 2018 Rose Festival Grand Floral Parade. Get more here!
