Golden Globe-nominated actor David Oyelowo is making his directorial debut with an upcoming feature film that will be shot in Portland and he’s looking for extras. Filming for the movie “The Water Man” will take place in Portland this Spring. The project is looking for people to be paid extras and doubles and stand-ins for the lead actors.
