Scott Tom Shares One Of His Favorite New Songs From Singer Ronny Morris

Hey friends,. Scott Tom and although my life is centered around Portland's Classic Hits on The Eagle, I wanted to share one of my music tastes with you from across the pond. Ronny Morris might not be a house hold name like Paul McCartney, (yet) his singing and song writing ability could very well get him there. His latest release is a song I really like and I wanted to share it with you and ask your opinion. The song is Titled "Windows" from the CD "Sweet Silence". But first more about Ronny Morris........ .

He is a Danish-born singer songwriter who counts The Beatles, REM and Fleetwood Mac among his favorite artists. His music has been appeared in TV series including One Tree Hill, Brothers And Sisters and Ghost Whisperer (for which he received two Hollywood Music In Media awards). Working with Swedish producer Adam Kviman (Eagle Eye Cherry, Jewel, etc) and Grammy-winning mixer Steve Thompson (GNR, Metallica, Rolling Stones) he released his debut album, Sweet Silence, in November 2018.

A fan of classic rock, Morris enlisted the talents of legendary art illustrator Storm Thorgerson - known for his Pink Floyd cover art - to create the artwork for his debut release. Thorgerson died before the cover was finished, so the Irish design team, Gary Kelly/Amp Visual, known for their exquisite work with Depeche Mode and U2, took over the project and finished what became the final sleeve design for the album release.

Besides being a passionate songwriter, Morris cares deeply for helping others in need. He has collaborated with organizations like Musicians on Call and Greenpeace on several occasions. Morris has worked alongside Coldplay and Sir Paul McCartney for the international campaign, Save The Arctic.

The first single from the album was "All About Love," which has recently been followed by a new single, "Windows."

I can say Ronny Morris is the real deal. Please check out the new single and share your opinion with me and thank you!!!!
