We find an action thriller in theaters starring Bruce Willis. Bruce initially turned down the lead role due to his commitments to Moonlighting. However, when his co-star Cybill Shepherd became pregnant, show production was paused for 11 weeks, which allowed time to shoot “Die Hard.”
We find Candice Bergen starring in a new TV comedy series. Candice played the eponymous Murphy Brown, an investigative journalist and anchor for fictional TV newsmagazine FYI.
And we find a song on the radio by The Whispers. “Rock Steady” was written and produced by L.A. Reid and Babyface. And on success of the track, the two formed LaFace Records a year later... eventually signing megastars TLC, Toni Braxton, OutKast, Pink and more.
