Creep Clown Stalks A Scottish Village Dressed Like "PENNYWISE" From "IT"

People are keeping their kids inside because of this creepy clown dressed as Pennywise from the movie "IT".

If you haven't seen the movie "It" yet, put it on your Halloween list. It is creepy as HELL! Pennywise the clown killer has kept me awake at night. Now this village in Scotland is being stalked by a freak dressed in a clown outfit that looks just like Pennywise. He has set up a Facebook page and is daring the police to catch him.
