Forget Pilates...Bring On Pilazies!

Can you really consider something exercise if you don’t have to get out of bed to do it? Well, in the case of Pilazies the answer is yes. Fitness vlogger Kym Nonstop created the exercise routine at the request of a friend who wanted to exercise from her mattress. "Pilazies is like Pilates, but for lazy people," she says. And while it may sound cushy, it’s actually pretty hard, with Kym noting you work your “entire abdominal wall” with the exercises, and insists the soft mattress make it “more challenging.” Check out video of Kym demonstrating the exercises below:
