When I met Ronny Morris via Facebook over a year ago, he was working on his new album "Sweet Silence" and had been for some time. Writing and producing such quality, original music isn't done over night. To be honest, I had never heard of Ronny Morris until he reached out to me on Facebook. Then I listened to his new single 'All About Love" and I was hooked. Now I fully know who this award winning singer-songwriter is.
Morris has had his voice featured on several television shows over the years. You may have heard it on One Tree Hill, The Ghost Whisperer, or Brothers and Sisters. He's even won awards for these original songs, taking home the Hollywood Music Award for best original song. This album has been a long time in the making and has covered many miles, as parts of it were recorded in New York, Stockholm, Prague, and Toronto. Add to Ronny's amazing singing and writing that it is produced by Adam Kviman (Jewel) and mixed by Steve Thompson (Guns N' Roses, David Bowie) this thing flows from front to back.
Although every song on "Sweet Silence" by Ronny Morris is fantastic, this one is the one that grabbed me. "All About Love", it's got a sweet soulful message and once you start listening, you can't stop. His new single from the album is 'Windows" another great song that will grab you.
