You won't believe this moron and the dare he fulfilled! From the 11th story balcony off the side of a cruise ship he jumps into the water. He could have easily been killed had he landed wrong. He was lucky. It was all caught on video. Watch, BUT don't ever try this yourself. (Caution Language)
