WEST RICHLAND, Wash. -- Specialists at Mikey's Chance Canine Rescue say a dog was recently shot in the face and found by a couple on Haney and Nine Canyon Road in Finley. The couple called Benton County Sheriff's Office and Animal Control was also contacted. 'Buddy' had a microchip and his owners were contacted.
Buddy went missing from his West Pasco home on Thursday evening. The owners reportedly surrendered 'Buddy' to Mikey's Chance. Staff members at Mikey's Chance say Buddy will need several surgeries. Staff says Buddy is 3-years-old.
