Most Oregon counties can start to ease COVID-19 restrictions today (5/15) – but even as some communities prepare to reopen, it’s not quite a return to “business as usual.” Gov. Kate Brown has outlined a multi-stage approach for reopening the state. Here’s what you need to know.
