We find a new breakfast cereal. Crispix is launched by Kellogg to compete with Ralston Purina's Chex family of cereals.
And we find a song by Culture Club at the top of the charts. Boy George did not want to release it as a single because it was a very personal song for him. He wrote “Do You Really Want To Hurt Me” about his relationship with drummer Jon Moss, a six year affair, hidden from the public.
