Anyone with a job knows they have to keep their distance at work - and take whatever precautions are relevant. and it's often down to bosses to police the rules. Film sets are workplaces like anywhere else. That is certainly how Tom Cruise saw it - when as star of the new Mission Impossible film - he spotted two of the production team standing too close. The language he used would once have been called X-rated.
