We find a crime film starring Al Pacino as Cuban refugee Tony Montana. Scarface is a remake of a 1932 film of the same name, telling the story of a penniless Cuban refugee, who becomes a powerful Miami drug lord.

We find Apple releasing the LISA personal computer. Steve Jobs claimed at the time that LISA was an acronym for "Locally Integrated Software Architecture," and not a reference to his abandoned daughter Lisa.

And we find a song on the radio by ZZ Top. Lead singer and songwriter Billy Gibbons got the idea for the song after watching an action movie. In the closing credits for “The Amateur,” an actor is credited for the role of "Sharp-Eyed Man."
