Carson Time Capsule... Tuesday, March 22nd.

In the time capsule today…

We find Rick Moranis starring in “Honey, I Shrunk the Kids.” The movie became a surprise box office success, and set a new record for highest-grossing live-action Disney film.

We find the man of a 1000 voices, Mel Blanc being laid to rest. On his tombstone he asked for the phrase 'That's all folks!'

And we find a song by the Fine Young Cannibals. “She Drives Me Crazy” was first recorded with lead singer Roland Gift using his regular voice, but no one liked it. He tried it again in a falsetto, and the band knew they had a hit.
