My name is Vice. I am a 2 year old, Male, Shepherd Mix. I weigh around 65 pounds. I was on a euthanasia list in California because I had been at the shelter too long. Nobody knows where I came from or where I may have lived before. I am a little aloof and want to take my time getting to know you before we become friends. I am selective with the other dogs here so would do best as the only dog or possibly with 1 mellow dog. No cats please.

We are currently closed due to COVID-19. Pets may be viewed by appointment only for applicants who are approved to adopt after filling out an application at http://www.oregondogrescue.org/adoptionapplication
Approved Applicants will be contacted for interviews and appointments scheduled within 24 hours. All family members must be present (including other dogs). Please be ready to adopt before sending an application. We do not do holds and once dogs are posted they are ready to go home.
We do not keep applications on file so please fill out 1 application for the dog you would like to meet.
Please do not call to check on your application: we will contact you within 24 hours. Make sure to answer your phone & check your email. If we can not reach you and schedule a meeting within 24 hours we will move on to the next applicant.
