This video will instruct you on how to make this inexpensive air conditioner in about 15 minutes once you have assembled items needed. Hopefully you have an extra fan laying around the house waiting to be put to good use. A styrofoam cooler, 2 elbow dryer vents and some pop bottles with frozen water and you are ready to go. The video will instruct you more, but I had a friend who built one and he said especially at night, it cooled down his bedroom making it more tolerable to sleep in the heat.
