We find “A Clockwork Orange” in theaters. Stanley Kubrick described the film as, “Asking the question: Could psychological conditioning enable a government to turn its citizens into robots?”
And we find a song on the radio by John Lennon. He said about “Imagine,” though it’s anti-society, it’s accepted because it’s sugar-coated. “I understand now how to put a political message across with a little honey.”
