Free Haircuts Kids with incarcerated parents, Or In The Foster Care System.

This is a wonderful thing! Hair stylist Lanelle Rowe decided to organize a free haircut event for kids with incarcerated parents or kids who are in the states foster care program. However, she said there will be 5 stylists working the event from 2-7pm and no one will be turned away, including grown ups. Kids do need a parent or guardian with them to get a haircut.
