My name is Felix. I am a 2-4 year old Pug. I weigh around 14 pounds. I was a stray in Mexico. I am THE life of the party-I actually make everywhere I go a party! I LOVE people and am very active. I rub some of the dogs here the wrong way with my exuberance but I am just HAPPY! I have what the vet calls "pug eyes" -I have scars in both eyes but it does not bother me at all! I will need a pug-savvy home to be the best dog I can be! Can you help me find my forever home?
