If you have to get up extra early in the morning, it can be brutal.
Forget about feeling perky enough to say “good morning!”, you just want to be able to function enough to get dressed and out the door. If your new norm is a very early start, here are some hacks to make it happen in a peaceful and happy way.
·Wake up at the same time every day. Even weekends!
·Shut down those devices an hour before bed.
·Get out of your bedroom right away on waking. Do not tempt yourself.
·Drink water as soon as you wake up.
·Do a morning stretch.
·Do not hit the snooze button.
·Eat a healthy breakfast.
