We aren’t sure why it’s necessary, but there’s a lawn mower that can go well over 100 mph. The thing’s so cool it already broke a record.
Honda's new Mean Mower V2 has broken a Guinness World Record, to be precise. The riding lawnmower can go from zero-to-100 miles per hour in six-point-29 seconds and hit a top speed of just over 150 miles per hour. This compares to an average riding mower that zips along at around five to six miles per hour.
To meet Guinness qualifications in addition to speed, the Mean Mower had to be able to actually cut grass and look like a functional mower. Honda's first Mean Mower debuted in 2014 and was only able to hit a top speed of 116 miles per hour.
You may want to buy a helmet to ride with this!
