Study Confirms Taking Time Off Work Has Mega Health Benefits!

Can't believe they wasted time and money on a study like this, but taking time off work has big health benefits!

The biggest take away, if you have vacation time to burn, USE IT!

With most Americans once again not expected to take vacations, there are some big benefits to the break from work. The biggest, according to a study by Syracuse University, is it’s good for your heart.

Bonus! A second study notes that stress was greatly reduced when on a break, along with the metabolic system giving glowing blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

At the end of the day, it’s about this… take your vacation! And if you don't want it, give it to me...I'll take it!
