Having a Stressful Day? Try Doing These Things!

We all have days that seem overwhelming, whether at work or home. You can get through it in one piece, though.

I highly recommend a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! But, if you aren't able to drop everything and do that, there are other, more immediate ways to help you de-stress and relax.

The key is getting into a relaxation state. When was the last time you actually relaxed? Here are some tips to get there.

  • Use meditation
  • Take a long, warm bath
  • Do some yoga or stretching
  • Drink a glass of wine
  • Listen to music
  • Hang out with a loved one
  • Get a massage
  • Dive into comfort foods
