22-year-old Zodiac Clark is charged with manslaughter for Monday's crash that killed a woman in Southeast Portland.
The crash happened at Southeast 112 Avenue and Division.
Police say Clark was allegedly under the influence when the crash happened. He's charged with manslaughter, reckless driving and DUII.
The name of the woman who was killed hasn't been released, because police are still contacting relatives.
