Suspect Arrested For Car Prowl And Shooting

A suspect wanted for a Beaverton car prowl has been arrested and also charged with a shooting in Portland.

The car prowl happened at the Sorrento Bluff Apartments in Beaverton. A surveillance camera in one of the cars took a photo of the suspect.

Officers identified the individual as 18-year-old Treyvon Harrison, who lived in Vancouver, WA. Harrison turned himself into Beaverton Police officers at the Beaverton Police Station.

Harrison was cited into Beaverton Municipal Court for three counts of Unlawful Entry Into A Motor Vehicle.

Police also learned Harrison was a suspect in a Portland shooting. It happened June 19, 2019 at 1:35 a.m. near the 8100 block of Southeast Woodward Street. During the shooting, two occupied apartments and two unoccupied vehicles were struck by gunfire. No one was injured. GVRT Detectives identified 18 year-old Treyvon Harrison as a suspect in this incident.

Harrison was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on charges of Attempted Aggravated Murder, Attempted Murder, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Unlawful Use of a Vehicle and Elude.
