We will all do a lot of talking and catching up with relatives this week and if you are like me and you talk a lot for work as is, you might have an irritated throat. My instant soother? It's my hot honey tea! It's a pretty simple recipe
1/4 of a lemon
sliver of fresh ginger
1 T of hot honey
enough water to fill your cup
It will soothe your throat and add a little extra spice to clear out your sinuses. Enjoy!
