Meet PINTO

My name is Pinto. I am an 8 year old Male Spaniel type mix. I weigh 12 pounds. I was a stray in California. I was not very well cared for but I am starting to look and feel better now. I am friendly and enjoy the people and small dogs here. My dream is to have a forever home and family. Can you help?
