The Rose Festival fun continues with the Royal Rosarian's Milk Carton Boat Races at Westmoreland Park. Smack dab in my neighborhood. It's been missing since the pandemic, but it's back for 2022. Oh what fun it is. held at the casting pond, plenty of comfortable grass seating. Free to watch and I guarantee the weather is going to be gorgeous.
