Meet: POMEGRANATE

My name is Pomegranate. I am a 2 year old Female Herding Breed Mix. I weigh 33 pounds. I was a stray in California with a litter of pups. I'm a super friendly pup who gets along well with everyone I have met here!

I was adopted into a loving home where we learned a lot about what an amazing pup I am and what I need to thrive. I did well at dog daycare with other dogs my size and larger, however I am reactive with other dogs when on a leash and at home I was too enthusiastic with my smaller dog housemates. I'm a herding breed with strong prey drive, therefore my future home will need to be free of smaller animals and I'd likely do best adults, perhaps older children 14 and up. I am proud to say that I'm housetrained, crate trained, and do well working with a dog trainer. Have herding breed experience and looking for a smart, active companion? I'm your girl!
