A 45-year-old Aloha man faces charges of  Public Indecency and Criminal Mischief.

Early Thursday morning, Washington Park  rangers caught Jasen Peterson exposing himself on a playground near the Elephant House at Washington Park. They called police and kept watch on him, until officers arrived.

Police found Peterson seated on a park bench, dressed in women's clothing and  wearing a rainbow-colored wig.  They arrested him without incident. Peterson was booked into the Multnomah County Jail.

No children or adults were in the park at the time.
