Celine Dion is embarking on her first concert tour in over 10 years, and Portland is one of her stops. Near, far, wherever they are, she's hoping her fans will join her at the Moda Center on April 13, 2020. The show is part of her "Courage World Tour," which will make stops in more than 50 cities.
