An officer from the East Precinct was driving by Southeast Division Street and Southeast 138th Avenue just after midnight Tuesday when she noticed traffic slowing and driving around something in the road, according to Portland police. She stopped her patrol car to investigate. That's when she saw a pig standing in the eastbound lanes of Division, police said. She called for back-up. Here's what happened next!
